Mini egg cookies (makes 10)
125g plain flour
1tsp corn flour
58g unsalted butter
1/2tsp baking powder
1/8tsp bicarbonate of soda
50g light brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
125g condensed milk
100g crushed mini eggs
Rice krispy nests (makes 10)
75g milk chocolate
25g cornflakes
25g rice krispies
1 bag of mini eggs/any other toppings desired
